Aronwold Real Estate Group was founded on a simple but powerful premise: that disciplined, hands-on real estate investing — done with integrity — creates lasting wealth for investors and communities alike.

We are active investors and operators, not passive managers. We acquire assets we believe in, execute on our business plans, and maintain the kind of direct investor communication we would want ourselves.

We take an opportunistic approach across industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use property types — pursuing a wide array of deals, going deep in diligence on each one, and staying closely involved throughout the hold period. This discipline lets us move quickly on exceptional deals, underwrite precisely, and create value where others aren't looking hard enough.

An opportunistic, research-backed approach to acquiring and growing real estate assets across industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use property types.

Value-Add Multifamily & Mixed-Use

We target apartment communities and mixed-use assets in supply-constrained, high-demand submarkets. Our value-add program centers on unit renovations, operational improvements, and professional management to drive meaningful NOI growth. A specific focus within this asset class is off-campus student housing proximate to Class A universities with very limited competitive supply.

Value-Add Industrial

We opportunistically acquire industrial flex and last-mile distribution assets where we see a clear path to value creation through repositioning, lease-up, or operational improvement. A specific focus within this asset class is small bay multi-tenant industrial — a highly sought-after product type with strong demand fundamentals and limited institutional competition.

High-Barrier Markets

We focus on markets with strong population and employment growth, net in-migration, and meaningful constraints on new supply. We go deep in fewer markets rather than spread thin across many.

Risk-Adjusted Returns

We target compelling IRRs and equity multiples through disciplined entry pricing, conservative underwriting, and active management — not excessive leverage or speculation.

Michael Davis
Co-Founder
Co-Founder of Aronwold Real Estate Group, graduated from Princeton University where he majored in Economics. In addition to his studies, Michael was the captain of the Princeton Men’s Golf Team. Following his graduation, he spent over 6 years at NewSpring Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in Radnor, PA. NewSpring has over $3.5B AUM and more than 250 investments completed through five distinct strategies covering the spectrum from growth equity and control buyouts to mezzanine debt. Michael held multiple roles during his time at NewSpring ranging from Investment Analyst to Fundraising Associate.
Matt Davis
Co-Founder
Co-Founder of Aronwold Real Estate Group, graduated from Villanova University where he majored in Finance. Similar to Michael, Matthew was the captain of the Villanova Men’s Golf Team. Following his graduation, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in their Global Industrials M&A Group.
